All three agricultural laws will be canceled through one bill, options for guarantee on MSP will also be considered

The farmer leaders had welcomed the announcement of the return of agricultural laws, but had also talked about waiting till the approval of these laws in Parliament. Many other pending demands like legal guarantee on MSP, withdrawal of cases filed against farmers have also been placed before the government.

The central government can introduce only one bill in Parliament to repeal all three agricultural laws . This bill can be introduced in the winter session of Parliament, which will start from November 29. The government is also exploring options on the issue of legal guarantee on MSP whether this issue can be assured to the farmers through any guideline or legal way. It is believed that a comprehensive bill can be brought to abolish all the three agricultural laws. With this, three new bills will not have to be bothered to repeal three different laws.

Government sources informed on Monday that a bill is being prepared to remove the three controversial agricultural laws and the approval of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) is awaited. At the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture is also considering the issue of Minimum Support Price, because farmers are also seeking legal guarantee on MSP. The ministry is looking at whether this guarantee can be given on the MSP either through guidelines or statutory.

Sources say that under the proposed new bill, there will be such provisions, which will dissolve all the boards constituted under the three agricultural laws. All the decisions taken by these boards will also be considered null and void. If an office is also formed under the agricultural laws, then its functioning will also be considered over. Some states had taken some steps to implement the agriculture law during the six months it was in force.

Significantly, on November 20, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced in his address to the nation that all three agricultural laws would be withdrawn. The Prime Minister had said, "The government has failed to explain the benefits of these laws to the farmers. This is not the time to blame anyone. I want to tell you that we are going to withdraw these agricultural laws."

Owaisi said, if the government implements the law of NRC, CAA, then we will again take to the streets and protest.

AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi, who is preparing to enter the battle for the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, while addressing a rally in Barabanki said that if the government brings the law of NRC, then we will hit the road again. Also said that we will make 'Shaheen Bagh' in Barbanki itself. Tweeting a video of his speech, Owaisi wrote, 'If the government implements the law of NRC, CAA, then we will again take to the streets and protest. We demand that the way the government has withdrawn all the three agricultural laws, in the same way, the law of CAA, NRC should also be withdrawn.

Owaisi is saying, 'Would like to tell the BJP that the way you have withdrawn three agricultural laws. We demand from you that the CAA Act should also be withdrawn as it is against the Constitution. It has been said in the constitution that no law can be made on the basis of religion. But BJP has made a law against equal rights on the basis of religion.

At the same time, he said, 'If the laws of NRC and NPR are made, then we will go out on the road again. This is where Shaheen Bagh will be built. Farmers have rightly recognized BJP, PM Modi and Amit Shah. They are not trusting their words.

While tweeting another video of his rally, he has written, 'Everyone needs the vote of Muslims but no one wants to raise their voice on the issues of Muslims, when we raised our voice, Yogi Adityanath Baba filed a case against us.'

16-year-old Athar had an encounter 11 months ago, the father is sitting digging the grave, the body has not been found yet

Mushtaq Ahmed Wani says that his son Athar Mushtaq was a student of 11th class. He was giving board exam. His body was lying in the police control room at 11 am the next morning.

Srinagar: For the last 11 months, a father is waiting for his son's body after his death. But in spite of constant efforts, there is only disappointment. Athar Mushtaq, 16, did not return home after December 29, 2020. Father Mushtaq Ahmed Wani later came to know that the son had been killed by the police in an encounter. From then till today, Wani has been trying to demand the body of his son. Athar's father had dug a grave for his son 11 months ago after getting information about the encounter, but he is still waiting for the son's body.

Mushtaq Ahmed Wani says that his son Athar Mushtaq was a student of 11th class. He was giving board exam. He had given his four papers till December 29. During the examination itself, he was picked up at 2 pm. Vani says we don't know what happened after that. His body was lying in the police control room at 11 am the next morning. 

Relatives say that Athar was in the middle of his board exams when he was killed along with two other youths in an encounter at Lavepora near Srinagar. According to the board results, Athar was absent in his last paper. The family says that less than three hours after leaving his house, Athar was killed in an encounter.

The police had buried his body in Sonmarg. Wani alleges that he was murdered before the last paper of the examination. I am tired of demanding his dead body, but no one is listening. Wani says that when this encounter happened, there were different statements of the police regarding it. Earlier the police said that the three people killed in the encounter were not listed as terrorists in the police records. But only two days later, the police claimed that the three were "accomplices of terrorists".

However, the family of the deceased has alleged that the police killed them in an encounter in a planned manner. One of the three killed was the son of a policeman. More cases of this method have come to the fore, in which the families of the deceased have found it difficult to get the bodies. Even today many families are waiting for the bodies to be found, so that they can be cremated.

Uttar Pradesh will become the first state to have five international airports, know from where you will get flights to go abroad

Till 2012, Uttar Pradesh had only two international airports at Lucknow and Varanasi. The third international airport at Kushinagar. The state government has said that soon UP will have more international airports than any other state in the country . At present, eight airports are operational in the state, while 13 airports and seven airstrips are being developed. The state is now on the way to build five international airports, the statement said. After their formation, people will be able to get flights to go abroad directly from this. On November 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to lay the foundation stone of Noida International Airport in Jewar.

It is expected to launch early next year. The fifth international airport is to be built at Jewar near Noida in the National Capital Region (NCR). From here people will be able to get a flight to go abroad. 

Noida International Airport is being constructed near Jewar in Gautam Budh Nagar in the NCR region of Uttar Pradesh. For its construction, multi-modal connectivity has been taken care of. Because it is close to the existing Yamuna Expressway (Greater Noida to Agra) and Eastern Peripheral Expressway. Its Ballabhgarh, Khurja-Jewar NH 91 will have a link with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The first phase of this airport will have a capacity to serve 12 million passengers annually and is to be completed in 36 months.
